One of the best places to get ice cream in town! They have a huge selection of homemade ice cream. I absolutely love the homemade vanilla. They also have sundaes and banana splits. Don’t forget to grab some food while you’re there too. Service is exceptional. Outdoor seating in the summer is probably my favorite thing about this place. There’s plenty of parking on the premises.
We had the taco and enchilada plates both were very good and came with the usual rice and beans. Good price and portion size.

My husband and I loved the food here! The ice cream was the best ice cream we’ve ever had! I had pistachio and my husband had cheesecake with milk caramel. We will definitely be going back sometime soon!
The best ice cream around. Plenty of other desserts too. I haven't had any of the food off the menu yet but it looks and smells pretty good.
Great place. Very convenient and easy to find location at basically 29th & Arkansas. It's a southwest style home made into a restaurant, very decorative, with a nice iron fence surrounding a large patio with seating and there's plenty of parking! Service is great, super nice ladies are usually running the register. You order under the "order here" sign then will pick up at the other end of the counter after your foods made. The ice cream is amazing as well as my personal favorites the pop-sickles. All types of dessert, made fresh with fruit!!! Nice menu with some delicious food. Personal favorite is the al pastor tacos! There's also tons of seating inside, even for large groups, so give it a try!!
Everything we tried was delicious. Churros, torta, juice, yogurt, etc. The lobby was really clean & staff was nice. We're excited to visit again soon to try more foods! 😋
I have lived in Wichita for 16 years and missed great Mexican food until today. Paleteria La Reyna is a gem hidden in north Wichita. I had the Maize Tostada with Asada and ground beef with Horchata drink [rice and cinnamon] and my wife had the Mexican plate with Verde Pork with a Mexican Coke. I feel like I could die now and go to heaven. Every part of the meal was full of flavor. The asada was smokey and cooked perfectly. Crispy tostada, smokey beans, crispy lettuce, and fresh avocado. I don’t know what they cooked the rice in but I wish I could bathe in it.
I have loved rice pudding since I was little and the homemade horchata was like they made my childhood dreams come true. With the generous portions, I was too full to sample the ice cream.

Their asada taco was great! Their homemade ice creams were a treat too! Overall, it was a wholesome experience.
